'Celtic Vegetarian Cuisine' in Golden, Co. Tipperary is holding its first ever 'Cookery Competition'. 

 

The competition will be held on the grounds and will start at 2pm on Sunday 24th August 2025.  The competition will be judged on the best 'Vegan' or 'Vegetarian' dish (no desserts please).  All cooking will be done from your own home/business and the dish will be brought to the event on the day (microwave/oven available).  Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and the 'Winners' will be announced at 7pm.

Food tasting will go before a 'Panel of 8 Judges', but the final result will be given by the owner Jo Maher.

1st      1 Month Cookery Course (2 afternoons a week) worth €360.00

2nd    1 Week Cookery Course (2 afternoons a week) worth €90.00

3rd     Cookery Demonstration (which includes the meal & tea/coffee) worth €45.00
